基本情況：
2004年在beat365英国官网网站經濟管理學院管理科學與工程專業獲博士學位， 2004年6月至今在beat365英国官网网站公共管理學院行政管理系工作，現為行政管理專業副教授。
研究方向：
公共部門的知識管理 公共政策的量化分析
教學工作：
擔任碩士生《社會研究方法》，本科生《定量分析方法》和《政府采購》3門課程的教學工作。
